Mother

Father's Day is June 17

Father’s Day is always celebrated in the U.S. on the third Sunday in June. It’s not a federal holiday, however it’s widely celebrated as a special day to honor all fathers and fatherhood. Together, let’s honor the men who raised us—and all the fathers who sacrificed for their children. .

Please call (618) 664-1465 ext. 104 by 4:00 p.m. the day before for meal reservations,
or no later than 9:30 a.m. on the day you are coming for lunch.
Lunch is served between 11:30AM - 12:15PM Monday - Friday.
To adjust to the reduction in funding from the state of Illinois, beginning February 5, 2016, Bond County Senior Center will not always provide meals on Fridays; Meals on Wheels could be limited to four days per week.

The Center will remain open for other services.

The Executive Director of the Center is urging local residents to contact legislators, the governor and other leaders about the service cuts that have occurred due to the lack of a state budget.

*With the help of generous anonymous donors and a ongoing PayPal secure online donations campaign, we are doing our best to be able to serve SOME Friday lunches during this state budget crisis. Please call the Center for more information on specific dates!
