Invitation to Bid: Financial Audit Services

Bond County Senior Center is soliciting bids for its annual financial audit for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011.

Scope of work includes:

• Audit of the financial statements for the year ending September 30, 2011.

• Preparation of Federal & State Non-Profit tax returns. (Federal Form 990 & State Form IL AG990)

• Preparation of the related management letter.

• Presentation of the results of the audit and the management letter to the Board of Directors at the board’s January 2012 meeting.

• Limited consultation on financial and tax matters related to the organization as required on an ongoing basis.

Three copies of a written proposal are due in our office, located at 305 S. 3rd Street, Greenville, IL 62246, by 4:00 pm October 15, 2011 and will be reviewed by our Board of Directors during their October 2011 meeting. Final selection will be made no later than November 1, 2011 and all firms submitting proposals will be notified.
